2017 ~ Current

Director of Production

Heartland Church
Carrollton, TX | theheartlandchurch.com

Upon joining Heartland Church, I designed and installed a major upgrade to the main sanctuary and new student facility's video and lighting systems. This entailed installing a 16x9 LED wall on 3 controlled motors. I installed pipe and stage drape to help update the stage look and acoustics. I installed new lighting and re-designed the current lighting scheme. I installed TV's and a distributed 70v speaker system throughout the campus with a live feed of service. I negotiated new contracts for complete in-house print production equipment. This saved tremendous money on outsourced material. I also designed and established a new branding campaign which included an undated logo, worship guide, print collateral, and website.

I also manage all onsite IT and network infrastructure, in-house print design and production, graphic design, web design, producing all live productions, and equip and train volunteers.

Mission, TX | palmvalleychurch.com

I had the opportunity of leading an amazing team of 5 production team members in a growing church of 6,000. This entailed producing each weekend and weekday service and leading over 70 volunteers.

2013 ~ 2014

Technical Director

Palm Valley Church
Mission, TX | palmvalleychurch.com

Upon starting, I redesigned the current website to be responsive. I brought all our IT services in-house and strengthened our WIFI to accommodate our guests on the weekend. I upgraded the student sanctuary with stage drape and video projection. I built a staff website for communication forms and information. I was responsible for weekly scripting of our Vista Spyder video processor and keeping it updated and managed. I upgraded our Ross Vision video switcher with more RAM so it would boot and run faster. I also was able add a chroma black and white effect for live video. I oversaw all aspects of our control room and A/V infrastructure.

I.T. Administrator

Palm Valley Health Care, Inc.
Mission, TX | palmvalleyhealthcare.com

Palm Valley Home Health Care is the largest home health company in South Texas with over 300 field nurses and 7 branches. My role as the IT Administrator was to keep every branch remotely connected through a VPN, keep multi-OS systems up-to-date, manage and support each field nurse. We rolled out the first EMR (electronic medical record) in South Texas with every nurse able to complete each visit on a mobile device. I incorporated a remote solution to take control of each mobile device when support was needed to reduce the nurse's travel time and expenses. I saved $41,000 in computer upgrade costs by implementing a cross-OS solution of Windows and Linux computers running on an Intel Atom.

Heartland Church Vision Video

When we launched our new branding and vision statement, we wanted a vision video to highlight the expanse of what God is doing in this church. We sought to tell the story of not just where we came from but where we are going and the life change that is happening along the way.
